We are pleased to announce a pivotal moment in the leadership trajectory of Tanzania Breweries Limited (TBL) as we proudly introduce Ms. Michelle Kilpin as our newly appointed Managing Director. 
After two years under Jose Moran's leadership, who is now progressing to a regional portfolio in the continent. 

TBL is honored to welcome Ms. Michelle Kilpin to the helm as our first-ever female Managing Director, in its 90-year company history. Ms. Kilpin brings a wealth of invaluable experience of over 19 years with our parent company, ABInBev, where she has consistently demonstrated exceptional expertise and remarkable milestones in the African continent. 
  
Ms. Kilpin's commitment to TBL's strategic vision is underlined by her notable achievements during her tenure as Managing Director of Zambia Breweries Limited. Her leadership played a pivotal role in achieving topline growth and market share within the industry.
